Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. Available shipping charges are shown during checkout.

Tracking information may be added after an order ships. Delivery times shown by a carrier are estimates and are outside the direct control of Skycles after the package is accepted by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Local pickup may be offered when enabled by Skycles.
